KWOK Chi Ko, Enmale, age 67, is a director of BKCL, Build King Civil and Build King (Zens) Engineering. He holds an Engineering Doctorate Degree, a Master Degree in Arbitration & Dispute Resolution and a Master Degree in Laws. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Registered Professional Surveyor (QS) and an Accredited Mediator and has been a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has had over 35 years of experience in building and construction industry. Mr. Kwok is responsible for Build King’s contract administration and commercial management for all building and construction related businesses.
