CHIU Wai Yee, Anriena, age 60, was appointed as an Executive Director in June 2005. She joined the Group in April 1995. She is the Company Secretary of the Company. She holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies Degree and a Master Degree of Professional Accounting. Miss Chiu is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute. She has extensive experience in company secretarial field. Miss Chiu is responsible for the construction materials division of the Group, the personnel and administration department and company secretarial department of the Company.
